hey there!!
I grew up in Waverly and love Iowa with all my heart. I love the humid summers and the rolling hills lined with corn. That was my very first job, in the cornfields, it was the best experience I’ve had even though it was a LOT of hard work (builds character as our boss said). I grew up close to my family and decided to stay close when I decided to go to school at Wartburg College. (Go Knights!) I graduated in graphic design and journalism and communication with an emphasis in public relations. I love all things design and I found a passion for photography through that. After college, I stayed in the Cedar Valley for a few years and then moved to Dubuque Iowa.
Here are some fun facts about me:
- Currently living with my 38 indoor house plants
- Favorite food is cookie dough
- Can make some darn good scotcheroos
- Has a MAJOR travel addiction
